Ramona Tiatia

Ramona received Pacific Career Development Award from the Health Research Council to conduct her studies in family-centred healing. Her professional background includes work in non-governmental and statutory social services related to youth offending, prisons, and drug and alcohol addiction. Her Masters’ study focussed on Samoan traditional healers and the significance of the cultural construction of health particularly in the home.
